Privacy Policy

Account info (email, name), the mailing address you enter for letters, your goal and scores, and what you add: negative items, letters, mail log, deadlines, utilization and payoff numbers, and call log entries.

We only store the last 4 digits of account numbers. We never ask for or save Social Security numbers or dates of birth.

Uploaded PDFs are processed only to pull out draft items and are not stored. Nothing is saved until you review and confirm each item.

To run the app: fill in your letters, show your dashboard, send deadline reminders you turn on, and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data.

Service providers that help run the app: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and an AI provider for summaries and report extraction. If you signed up through a partner link, the partner sees only counts (signups, trials, paying) — never your name or data.

Your data is private to your account and protected by access rules so other users can't see it. Connections are encrypted.

You can edit your info any time and delete your account in Settings, which permanently removes your data. You can turn notifications off in your browser.
